Vitamin C- THE BEAUTY VITAMIN







Vitamin c is ascorbic acid in its purest form , a water soluble vitamin. It is extremely beneficial for the entire body either take it orally or use it as a cosmetic for your skin.

Available in cosmetics in the form of L-ascorbic acid, ascorbyl palmitate, tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate and magnesium ascorbyl phosphate.

Vitamin C gives a youthful glow and a healthy complexion.
It gets easily flushed out of the body hence has to be consumed regularly.

Helps in synthesizing collagen which supports skin structure and gives a taut appearance.sunlight and pollution damages the skin in many ways. They produce free radicals that eat away the collagen of your skin and cause wrinkles. 
Therefore, vitamin C acts as a great remedy for it.
Don’t use vitamin c on flaky or sensitive skin.
